Public cloud or Cloud Core?

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Oracle deliver scale. What is often missing is predictable cost and a team to run the environment with you. Cloud Core provides managed infrastructure with an agreed price in Brazilian reais, backup, disaster recovery and a team that knows your environment.

You do not need to move everything. Many customers migrate stable workloads first and keep services that benefit from public cloud there.

Four recurring issues, regardless of provider

Service names and invoice formats change. The challenges brought to us are often the same.

R$

The bill is only clear at month-end

Variable dollar-based usage, exchange rates and hundreds of invoice lines make infrastructure budgets difficult to predict.

OPS

Operations are still your responsibility

Your team still needs to configure, monitor and maintain workloads, manage access and respond to incidents.

CFG

A catalog larger than your needs

Hundreds of services are available, many of which you will never use. Complexity consumes team time and leaves unnecessary resources running.

SOS

Support depends on your plan

Tickets, queues and service levels depend on the package. Responders rarely know your architecture.

Choose your current cloud

Each provider brings different considerations. Explore your situation.

Coming from AWS

The environment grew one instance and managed service at a time. Today the complete architecture is hard to see, and the bill reflects it.

Common considerations

Dollar-based invoices with many lines per account

Idle instances and capacity without regular reviews

Outbound data transfer billed separately

Backup and DR configured as separate services

No one-size-fits-all answer

When public cloud remains the right choice

We are certified partners of major global providers. If a hybrid design is best, with some workloads in Cloud Core and others in public cloud, that is what we recommend.

Extreme, unpredictable peaks

Campaigns, strong seasonality and sudden traffic growth may call for hyperscaler elasticity.

Highly specialized managed services

Data platforms, machine learning and native tools without an equivalent outside the provider.

Required global presence

Users across continents requiring low local latency.

A constantly evolving cloud-native product

Engineering teams that frequently redesign architecture and rely on the provider's catalog.

Three stages, in this order

Nothing moves before a rollback plan exists.

Assessment and design

We review workloads, databases, integrations and existing contracts. You receive a target design and agreed monthly cost before deciding.

Migration in waves

We build a mirrored environment and replicate data while your systems stay online. Cutovers happen in short windows, starting with lower-risk workloads.

Assisted go-live

Engineers closely monitor the first 30 days. Ongoing support stays with the same team afterward.

Solutions supporting the new environment

A complete, tailored ecosystem to support the security and operational continuity of your business.

Frequently asked questions

What businesses ask before deciding

Do I need to migrate everything at once?

No. Migration can happen in stages, keeping workloads and services with the current provider when needed. Dependencies are mapped before each wave.

Will my system go offline?

Migration is planned to reduce disruption, but the required window depends on each application and database. Testing and rollback are part of the design.

What about my existing provider spending commitment?

Reservations, licenses and existing commitments are included in the cost analysis. Expiration dates and potential exit costs inform the schedule.

Will I lose the managed services I use today?

Native services are evaluated individually. Where no suitable replacement exists, a hybrid design can retain public-cloud integration.

Will my data stay in Brazil?

The location of production data, backups and replicas is defined in the project and contract. Confirm all data residency requirements during assessment.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on data volume, dependencies and validation windows. Assessment produces a schedule covering waves, tests and monitoring.
